How long are the surf sessions?
Generally each session is approximately one hour due to battery capacity, Not done riding? No problem! we will gladly offer you additional future surf sessions at a reduced cost.
Are they hard to ride, Do you offer lessons?
Like anything there is a learning curve but they are beginner friendly, our awesome instructor has you covered with initial lessons that will help you get up and riding in no time!
What happens if I fall off?
There’s a good chance you will take a dip at first! That’s all a part of the fun, but no problem because you will have a lifejacket and there is a safety strap tied to your leg that when disconnected will stop the engine so the board will stay close by, then you just get back on and keep riding!
How fast do the e-surf boards go?
You will be equipped with a wireless waterproof remote that lets you accelerate at your own pace, you can ride gracefully or shred at speeds up to 45km/h! – it’s up to how comfortable you are and how fast you want to go! No stress, just pure stoke!
Can I cancel or get a refund for my booking?
You have up to 48 hours prior to your booking for a full refund. Inclimate weather is subject to the instructors discretion – If the weather is deemed unfit to ride our instructor will contact you to refund or rebook you to another date at no additional charge.
Can I get a video to show my friends & family?
Yes you can, we offer optional recap videos at an additional cost if you want a video to show your friends, family or post on social media! We also offer waterproof phone cases that you can use at your own risk if you want to bring your phone with you to take photos or videos but selfies while riding is not an easy task!
